SPARE and local coordinators in Georgia from EcoVision has rebuilt the minor wing of school number 7 in Gori, Georgia. All the windows were blown out when a bomb hit nearby the school during the war actions in August. 1500 pupils have since the war had to attend education in regional schools.
Windows Restoration
Energy efficiency - Most wooden windows can be made nearly as energy efficient as new double pane windows. Most energy (warm or cool) is lost as a result of loose fitting sash. These problems can quickly be solved by home-owners or professionals using easily obtainable materials. With properly installed storms and weatherized windows, you can save money on energy and protect the value and aesthetics of your original windows.
