A meeting for future cooperation, hosted by the Bulgarian-Norwegian academic team that is implementing the project "Holistic approach for reduction of GHG emissions in Bulgaria" was held on
April 7th in the Ministry of environment and water. The event was hosted by Oddmund Otterstad who is the Chair of the Advisory Board of the program.
Ms Solfrid Foss, Senior advisor in the Norwegian Ministry of Environment was also present.
Representatives of the Ministry of environmnet, Ministry of regional development, Ministry of economy and energy, NGOs, municipalities and the business took part in the discussions. All of them are working on programs financed by Noraway Grants/Innovation Norway.
The National SPARE coordinator Todor Todorov participates in the working group for production of Bulgarian National plan for emission reduction in the frame of the project "Holistic approach for reduction of GHG emissions in Bulgaria".
The presentation of the SPARE project on this forum was met with interest, as well as the idea about future cooperation.
